Warranties
We offer the following warranties
1. Our Workmanship Warranty (installations by Greenway Energy Limited only)
The period will be detailed in your Quote/invoice/contract
During the period above, we warrant that if any fault is as a result of our workmanship we will remedy the fault inclusive of time and materials. This excludes manufacturing faults, reasonable wear and tear, fault caused by others, failure of parts out of warranty, misuse or neglect. A call out payment is required to be made (please see our list of charges on the services page) prior to appointment, this is refunded if the fault is as a result of workmanship within the warranty period, subject to the exclusions above
2. Independent workmanship warranty. (installations by Greenway Energy Limited only)
If applicable, the period will be detailed in your Quote/invoice/contract.
Comes into force if we have ceased trading
3. Manufacturers warranty (materials supplied by Greenway Energy Limited only)
Period detailed by Manufacturer, if no such detail it will be 12 months
If a product fails within the warranty period as a result of breakdown, the faulty item will need to be collected to determine the breakdown. replacement parts will be provided free of charge, but unless detailed, the cost of labour is not included, please see our list of charges on the services page. These payments must be made prior to appointments.
